International Shipping

If your country charges import duties, taxes, or VAT, you will be responsible for paying these upon delivery in addition to the shipping charged on your order. Vorpal Board is manufactured in the United States and that will be the country of origin on shipments. We use Fedex for international shipments if you would like to look up how much these  fees may be for your country/region.

Return Policy

We accept returns for orders in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we deduct a $15 restocking fee.  The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us at returns@vorpalboard.com if you need to return an item.  We will send you return instructions at that time. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and adjust the refund based on any damage.
